A licensed physical therapist in North Carolina and Michigan, Karthikeyan Subramanian is a seasoned rehabilitation leader with over 25 years of clinical and senior-level executive experience, including roles as an Assistant Program Manager in a university setting and Head of Department. His experience spans home health, outpatient, inpatient care, and academia. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Certificate in Rehabilitation Administration, bringing a strong blend of clinical excellence and strategic leadership.

He provides visionary direction in care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and rehabilitation services for adult and geriatric populations—ensuring care that is personalized, dignified, and outcome-driven.
